TRAVEL ESSENTIALS

Travelling is fun but to me with all these products above add more fun to my trip. Backpack is an ultimate essentials to me as without this guy I'm not able to carry all the other goodness I have with me wherever I go. The one I have with me is from Something Borrowed, the 3 Ways Textured Backpack. I got it from Zalora and I don't think it is still available now. What I love about this guy is it has so much space for me to put my things. It fits in my 2 huge cameras (DSLR and Digital Camera), water bottle, sweaters, wallets and my handy pouch. The only thing I do not like about this bag is the button snap off too easily sometimes.

Ever since I have this digital camera, it has been a life savour to me as it is much more lighter and convenient for me to bring around. The Sony, Alpha 5100 is the one for me as the flip screen makes everything easier especially when I vlog. I am able to know that my entire face is inside the screen rather than it cutting of my forehead or what so ever. Also, it is like a semi-dslr as you can also adjust your ISO, aperture and shutter speed. It has so many other features that you can explore and I think is an excellent camera for a beginners.  Now comes to my favourite palette, the Naked 3 from Urban Decay. To be honest, among the Naked palettes, well excluding the latest Naked Smoky palette, Naked 3 is my top favourite because of the rose gold series that they have. Gold or rose gold have been my thang since last year and I'm still in love with it. I love bringing around this palette as it has so many classy and neutral colours that allow me to switch up my eye look everyday.

Well of course, I couldn't miss out my all time favourite powder from NARS, the translucent powder. It helps me to lock on my foundation perfectly throughout the day because you know sweat is like my another best friend that comes out all the time when I'm outdoor. Yeah, it means I sweat super super easily and fast too. And what I love the most about this powder is it does not add any other colour to your face.
Ahhh.. Okay, I know I'm not explaining in a proper order but let's just continue. The behind the scenes VVIP for my face makeup to last longer is this Porefessional from Benefit Cosmetics that you put it on before your foundation. My first face primer ever and I cannot live without it now. It definitely helps to minimize the ugly pores area and allows your foundation to last longer. And you know during travelling, ain't nobody got time to touch up their makeup.Moisturising your lip is a MUST during travelling as sometimes you just enjoy the trip to much and get distracted, hence totally forgot to keep yourself hydrated. The Burt's Bee, Beeswax Lip Balm is what I've been using and keeps my lip feels like a soft cotton candy all the time. My lip gets dry and crack super easily so I never want to miss this step or else it's a challenge for me to smile after that, if you know what I'm talking about. And sometimes, my lip bleeds too. I always put on this lip balm before I go to sleep and the next day I will be waking up with a super soft and nice lip. My most-used brushes is from the Real Technique's collection, the Expert Face Brush. When I'm lazy and just do not want to bring so many brushes. This guy just do all the jobs for me, applying my primers, foundation, concealer, powder, blusher and even contouring. I know it sounds a little bit disgusting using a brush to do everything but when you have no choice, trust me this guy is amazing. But mainly, I use it to apply liquid foundation because it helps to blend everything so easily and just gives you a nice finish on your face. I used the Contour Brush to set my under eye concealer because I think the shape of the brush is perfect for me. And of course using it for contouring my nose, cheek and forehead. Back to camera, I have my Instant Camera from Fujifilm with me to every trips. Mine is the old version one. This camera is so different from the normal camera and I believe most of you guys know it, you can print out the photo immediately after you captured. The colour is different and it just give you the antique kind of feel which I love.
Never forget about sunscreen during travelling because 90% of the day you will be out. I am currently using the Clinique, Even Better City Block Anti-Pollution with SPF 40/PA+++. And yes, I love this guy. I purchased this because I heard a lot of great reviews and I was at that time looking for a sunscreen. The unique part about this guy is the anti-pollution, protecting you from the harmful city pollution. It doesn't feel greasy at all and no orangey colour like some sunscreen does.
Finally comes to the dainty necklace that I've been wearing literally every single day. Trust me, it's real. It just matches with any outfits as its so classy and casual to wear. This is from oooooohlala, the Curved Bar Necklace in gold. It is their stainless steel collection. Staying outdoor definitely gives you the sweatiness especially on your neck area if you have long hair like me.  And so far I have no issue on the necklace turning black or it itching my skin.I hope you guys love reading post like this as much as I love writing it. Just want to share some tips and reviews to you guys and hope it is helpful.
